✻  Its date of birth, its transponder number, its registration number in the Book of French Origins (LOF) or the file number of the litter declaration with the Société Centrale Canine (SCC) , The names and pedigree numbers of the parents.

✻ The sale price and method of payment.

✻ The name of the seller's veterinarian

✻ The particular conditions of the sale (if there is, for example, a defect noted).

✻ The signatures of each of the contracting parties.

✻The electronic identification card (you can ask your veterinarian to verify the presence of the transponder).

- A veterinary certificate before transfer attesting to the good health of the puppy dating from less than three weeks.

- The Birth Certificate (or Provisional Pedigree) if it is a puppy or if the dog has not passed the confirmation exam or the definitive Pedigree if it is an adult dog has been confirmed.

- A breeding guide giving advice on the dog and its needs, health advice and education.
